Qualitative:
after looking closely at the criteria of the project, we'll gather
information in a number of ways. From group discussions, and in-depth
interviews, through facilitating brainstorming sessions . . . and
always with hand-chosen people, to ensure the integrity of both
the process and the results.
Quantitative:
choosing the audience to precisely suit the project, we may move
into street, in-store or exit interviews, hall tests, telephone
interviewing, postal or omnibus research
